On February 6th, we mailed all PA Central FCU credit card holders a letter about an upgrade to our credit card portal. This upgrade takes place February 18 through February 22, 2021.
This email is a reminder that the credit card portal will NOT BE OPERATIONAL from February 17th at midnight until approximately noon on February 22nd.
You can use your credit card as usual. You will be able to use your card without service interruption for all purchases.
IN ADDITION, if you are a CardGuard user, this app will be serviced at the same time and will work intermittently until the upgrade is completed. Please note: Any notifications or restrictions you have set on your credit card through CardGuard may not be changed during this time frame. Debit cards registered on CardGuard will not be effected and will work normally.
We've included a copy of the upgrade FAQ, however, here are a few important things to note:
The URL (web address) for the credit card portal WILL CHANGE after the upgrade. If you have our old portal bookmarked on your computer, you will need to update it.
- Your username, password and security questions will remain the same.
- To avoid login problems, review the list of supported browsers in the FAQ.
