We are excited to announce a significant 70 basis point rate decrease, effective today, September 27, 2024. This reduction applies to our Home Only and Land Home programs, benefiting your clients immediately.


In addition, and on a one-time promotional basis, we are rolling back rates on loan commitments issued since July 1, 2024, and not yet received for funding. New rates will be applied upon request* and will be good through the expiration of the current approval.
