Dr. Jaber is a Professor and integrated water resources management extension specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension located at the Texas AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas.

Less than 1% of the orginal Blackland Prairies that spanned parts of Texas and Oklahoma remain. Creeks are an integral part of this landscape.
