Welcome to CAN's Newest Site:
Creekside Court Community Center
Thanks to our growing partnership with the Ann Arbor Housing Commission CAN has been able to expand its services to the brand new Creekside Court Community Center. This particular community has 32 units ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedroom townhome-style apartments. The families that are now housed here were either previously homeless or unstably housed. We plan to offer the full array of CAN services to all of the new families at Creekside including our educational, housing stabilization, and community building programs. Thank you to anyone who has donated, volunteered, or supported CAN which is what allows us to grow and serve more families in Washtenaw County. If you are interested in knowing more, seeing the center, or getting involved please reach out to us at [email protected].
In June we were able to host a small open house to show some of our donors and community members the new center. Since space is very limited we were not able to invite everyone whom we wanted to. That being said, we made a short recap video of the event and hope that you get a sense of how much thought and care goes into the design of our space and programs. Take a peek (click the video to watch)!
Creekside General Information
Building Information
Creekside has 32 units ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. Three units were reserved for homeless veteran families. All of the units have been filled and families are starting to get to know their new neighborhood and neighbors!
CAN Programs @ Creekside
With donor and funder support, we plan to offer the full array of CAN programs including education, housing stabilization, and community building programs. We started off with food distributions, summer camp starts in a few weeks, and recently we hosted a community open house for community members to get to know each other!

All Creekside residents were given a welcome packet with information about CAN, local resources, and helpful tips about the community.
A special thank you to the
Ann Arbor Housing Commission
This community center opening would not be possible without our incredible partners at the Ann Arbor Housing Commission. Thank you for the many years of incredible partnership and support.
