SENIOR CLASS INFORMATION
  • September 26 – 1st Senior Order Day! Jostens will be on the CHS campus, outside in the courtyard processing cap and gown orders during all three lunches.

  • October 1 – 2nd Senior Order Day! Jostens will be on the CHS campus, outside in the courtyard processing cap and gown orders during all three lunches.

  • October 10– 3rd/Final Senior Order Day! Jostens will be on the CHS campus, outside in the courtyard processing cap and gown orders during all three lunches.

  • October 10 – Final chance to take any Senior Pictures during the school picture make-up day. Seniors will not be able to choose their pose. There is a $15 sitting fee.

  • October 11 – Senior Ads are due! Purchase and create a senior ad by visiting http://www.yearbookordercenter.com. All ads are in color. Pricing: Full page – $400, Half page – $250, 1/4 page – $150. Spaces are limited and purchasing begins on June 1st!

HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES
Creekside Hugs Across the County would like to say thank you to the Creekside student body for generously donating hundreds of food items to St. Johns County students who may be food insecure or homeless. Your donations during Spirit Week will go a long way to helping students in need in our own community. Thanks again from the Hugs club! 
Thank you for all the food donations. Hope you had a blast at the pep rally! Go Knights!!

WOW! You have really stepped it up! This is your last week to join and be entered into our Moe's and Chick Fil A for a year contest! Winners will be drawn from all PTSO memberships at 9/27 home game.  JOIN TODAY!

Our Membership funds help support all of our programs such as Homecoming carnival, Parchment, Senior Activities, Freshman Day, Teacher's Appreciation and so much more! Any extra funds we raise outside of our budget we are setting aside in a Shade account to hopefully cover a part of the outdoor amphitheater. 


Thank you to all those parents who helped donate candy for the Homecoming Carnival! It was a huge success!!

Lunch Chats with the Counselors:


Students are encouraged to stop by and talk with the school counselors during lunch in the small café to learn more about State University admission requirements. Student who stop by will be entered to win a drawing for a free meal courtesy of Chick-Fil-A in Mandarin.

Students should register prior to arriving for the event to minimize wait times. Registered participants will receive an electronic barcode that will allow them to share their information with prospective colleges.

TESTING / PSAT INFORMATION
October 2019 PSAT/NMSQT®
      Creekside High School will administer the PSAT to all students in grades 9-11 on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

Registration is closed.

All registered students will receive a Testing Notification from their English Teacher. The Testing Notification will provide specifics like the test date, testing room, and time.

Students who are registered will need to bring the following on test day:

  • Sharpened #2 Pencils with eraser
  • Calculator
  • Snack
  • Know Important Personal Information Needed - Email address and Home address


PLEASE NOTE: Students not taking the PSAT on October 16th will be supervised elsewhere on campus.
IN THE KNOW
Did you know

A note is required for early release planning? Please ask your student to turn their note in at the front office before school and have their planner stamped. ALSO, drivers may only drive off campus early if a note was turned in by 1st period. Any requests after 1st period will be referred to a Dean for consideration.
