The Media Center is requesting donations of tissues and disinfecting wipes (Lysol or Clorox brands are fine). The Media Center hosts students the entire day, to include lunches. Any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated. Please drop your donation off at the front office, marked "Media Center".
CLUB INFORMATION



Most clubs are off and running after school begins leading to the Club Fair which will be held during lunches one day of Homecoming Week. Until then, here is a link from our website: Creekside High School Student Life

NEHS will have a meeting on 9/10 at 8:30am - 9am in the auditorium for all returning and new inductees.
The NEHS induction ceremony will be held
 on 9/26 from 6-7:30pm?

The “One Creekside” club will hold an interest meeting on September 12th at 8:30 in room 135, Ms. Fixel’s room. One Creekside is a club that promotes unity and diversity education across the Knight Nation. One Creekside will plan and coordinate several service projects and diversity education initiatives throughout the year. Club dues will be $5 to cover the cost of activities. If you are unable to attend the meeting but are interested in joining, please email Mrs. Kennair at  amy.kennair@stjohns.k12.fl.us

HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES
Prizes will be given out at the end of each day for students who show
the most school spirit with dressing up each day.
Students are expected to follow the student code of conduct and dress code on each day.
Students who do not adhere to the dress code policy and procedures as well as the student code of conduct will not be allowed to dress up for the days remaining.

Will follow early release schedule with pep rally at the end of the day. Wristbands provided with can donations at lunch 9/16 -9/19 will allow your student to attend the pep rally.

Tickets: $20 pre-sale or $25 at the door

Homecoming dance tickets are $20.00 in advance (online only) and $25.00 at the door. Online tickets will be available until September 5, 2018. After purchase, print your receipt as this is your ticket. You will present your receipt and show your Creekside ID to enter the dance.

The Creekside High School Advisory Council (SAC) is looking for members for the 2019-20 school year. SAC meets on the second Tuesday of the month in the Professional Library. SAC is a mixed stakeholder group of school employees, parents, students, and community members who share responsibility for supporting the school’s continuous improvement. If you are interested in serving as a SAC member for the 2019-2020 school year, please attend the first meeting on September 10 th at 8 am.

TESTING / PSAT INFORMATION
October 2019 PSAT/NMSQT®
      Creekside High School will administer the PSAT to all students in grades 9-11 on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

The purpose of the test is to give all students an opportunity to experience taking a college readiness test and to identify students who might benefit from advanced coursework. 
Students in 9th and 11th grade must pay a $21 registration fee in order to take the test and receive their scores.

Students will receive an Official Student Guide to the PSAT/ NMSQT® through their English classes. This guide contains valuable information as well as a full-length practice test with answer keys. Please visit www.collegeboard.org/psat for more information.

To pay the registration fee, p lease make checks payable to Creekside High School and write your student’s name, grade level, and “PSAT” in the memo line. Students may submit registration fees to the Testing Coordinator, Mrs. Mackoul, before or after school in room 130.

For your convenience, payment may also be made online though School Pay: https://www.schoolpay.com/pay/for/2019-PSAT-Fee--2100/SdoJhi2   

The last day to pay for registration will be Monday, September 16 th .

All 10th grade students will receive a score report at no charge. Your student’s Score Report for the PSAT/NMSQT® will be available in mid-to-late December from College Board. 
PLEASE NOTE: Students not taking the PSAT on October 16th will be supervised elsewhere on campus.

The Creekside Dance and Cheer Teams present a PANCAKE & PJ’S Fundraiser open to all students and families of the Creekside Community on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 from 6-8pm in the CHS Cafeteria.

  • Tickets for the ALL YOU CAN EAT Pancake breakfast are $10 each.
  •  A Silent Auction of items from business partners will be a highlight of the evening!  
  • And don’t forget, along with breakfast for dinner is to wear your pajama’s!!!!
To purchase tickets look for the cheerleaders or dancers on Fridays during lunch.
