Course Overview:
This 4 hour webinar course is designed to build upon the officer’s basic negotiation skills and training. This course is an excellent opportunity for continuing in-service training for the active negotiator or refresher training for negotiators who have been inactive for a period of time. This is NOT a basic negotiation training course.

· Text message negotiations
· Use of Third-party Intermediaries and Interpreters
· Coaching principles and strategies
