Dear Corporate Work Study Partners,

We are excited to begin a new school year filled with fresh opportunities for our students and meaningful corporate experiences. Our CWS Team has been working diligently to match students with the most suitable job positions offered by our incredible partners.

We warmly welcome our new partners and extend our sincere appreciation to our returning ones. We look forward to collaborating with you to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

We can’t wait to see you next week at our remote Supervisor Training and at Kick-Off Day 2025! This event continues to grow each year and is a powerful way to launch the school year, helping students feel welcomed and inspired by their companies.

About the Event:

This celebration marks the moment our students are officially “drafted” by their Corporate Work Study partners and discover where they’ll work for the 2025–26 academic year. It is a day full of joy, surprise, and unforgettable memories .

Help us make this experience special for our 360+ students! Bring confetti cannons, big head cutouts, company swag, or simply your team’s energy and enthusiasm to set the tone for the year ahead.

If possible, consider taking your student team to lunch afterward. It is a great way to start building a strong connection from day one.

We especially encourage senior executives to attend, both to support students and to connect with other mission-aligned leaders. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your company’s commitment to workforce development and see its impact in action.

Let’s come together to inspire the next generation of leaders as they take their first steps into the professional world!

Supervisor Tips

Supervisor Training

We are excited to host our Supervisor Training remotely on Tuesday, September 2nd at 12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for us to review our handbook, share best practices, and answer any questions that you may have. We look forward to seeing everyone.

We are always working to improve communication with our partners and to find new ways to support you. We want to introduce you to our Corporate Partner Portal which includes resources for the start of the school year, sample projects for downtime, tips for engaging with students, supervisor training materials, our handbook, schedules, and much more.
