As the #1 CENTURY 21 Team in Maryland, my team and I have experience and expertise in today’s real estate market. We offer our clients a full-service listing experience, maximizing the value of their home sale, including professional photography & 3D virtual tours and marketing management services. Moving is stressful; we aim to minimize that stress as much as possible with our Listing Team who readies the home for sale & simplifies the sale process.
Your Business Mission Statement
Sometimes throughout a real estate transaction the focus is taken away from the client and wrongfully placed on the house. The person defines the house; the house does not define the person. My priority is understanding my clients needs and wants and my goal is to bring focus back on the client. Can I sell houses? Absolutely. I sold 60+ this past year and I’m very good at it. But I’m proud of my level of customer service, taking the time to get to know my clients. Not only do I want to help them find a house, I want to find them a Home.
What’s Your Why?
My “Why” is two-fold - my family (three kids and wife) and my desire to help my community. I wake up every day because I want to provide for my family and because I’m doing something that has real meaning within my community. I’ve seen what it looks like for someone to have a real estate agent who doesn’t care or is not capable of providing a high level of service that should be expected. I know I can serve better.
What sets your business apart from others?
My business model is built on three pillars – clear communication, setting proper expectations and providing a full-service experience. I pride myself on exceeding client expectations and one of my goals is to continue building relationships after the sale has closed.
One unique thing about me is that I’m a CODA (child of a Deaf adult) and I’m fluent in American Sign Language. The Deaf community is routinely underserved when it comes to available resources in the real estate world, due to the lack of effective communication and understanding of Deaf culture. This is something that my team and I work hard to overcome. We are able to remove these hurdles so that everyone has equal access to phenomenal real estate services.
What are some of the personal rewards that come from your business?
I have the privilege to create real relationships and connections within my community. Being viewed as a valuable resource is very important to me. Working with first-time home buyers looking for a place to plant roots, families who are expanding their homes along with their families, and people who are ready to pass their generational homes on to the next affords me
the opportunity to watch the evolution of our community. Witnessing these monumental moments in people’s lives is a very special thing.
