"And this commandment have we from him,
that he who loveth God love his brother also."

Greetings Ministry Partners,
This is the month we saw the fruits of the CCI ministry with our brothers and sisters of different nations, languages and cultures.

In Thailand, we have neighbors like Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia. And for our neighboring countries like Laos, traveling around is not very difficult. In the past, there were church leaders, almost 50 people, from Laos. They came to receive CCI Bible training in Thailand. Therefore resulting in a good relationship with each other and also participating in the discipleship mission together. So, eight CCI staff from Thailand decided to visit the student teachers in Laos near the border for fellowship once again. We spent a day together worshiping God, praying, talking, sharing experiences and encouraging each other. It was a very valuable time. Unfortunately in that area, there are believers, but no pastor to teach them. And Christianity divides society and the community; Christians are sometimes persecuted and imprisoned for beliefs that do not conform to traditional culture.
Our team from Thailand saw that evangelism and ministry work in Laos were difficult, as the student teachers were being opposed and persecuted. During this visit, we made them realize that no matter what happens, there are always people who will love, care, help, and pray. And having to endure hardships in the ministry will give us a similar experience as Jesus Christ. We are grateful when we can follow up with our alumni and leaders who have been trained by CCI. They have been strengthened in Jesus Christ and have grown stronger in faith. Thank God for the ministry of CCI, that we are able to serve together and know, that through Him, we can bear fruit.

In addition to crossing over to Laos, we also visited several alumni classes in the northeastern province that borders Laos. There we provided Teacher Training Workshops (TTW) for pastors and missionaries. Personally, I think the trip was a success in many respects, with visiting current classes and alumni to spending time together with our own CCI team from Thailand. This time together daily leads to teamwork with understanding and common goals. It gives us the courage, encouragement, motivation and determination to accomplish our mission.
Praise God for the 27 Akha students who graduated from classes led by Pastor David and Pastor Luka.

"I thank God for the CCI Thailand trip to Laos. Visiting CCI teachers and students, alumni, and current students in various areas of northeast Thailand and across to Laos. I thank God for a good experience meeting students and leaders in northeastern Thailand and southern Laos where they have an ardent heart for following Jesus Christ and are committed to studying the Word of God through the CCI curriculum. I saw such enthusiasm and determination to seek God.
Another experience I had was spending time with CCI's leadership team and all the coordinators who were involved in this trip. This is brotherly love and there is bonding and solidarity in working and spending time together. It made us get to know each other better and have more unity. It was the most wonderful trip for me.
Finally, I thank God, for His guidance, for visiting our brothers and sisters at various points, and most importantly, we have trained CCI teachers at Truth Baptist Church, Udon Thani Province. It is an expanding vision of leadership that will happen soon. Thank God that He will do great things through our tiny seeds."

"I thank God for the trip to visit the teachers, students, and alumni in Laos, and especially the leaders in the provinces. The northeast region has received many blessings, from the investment of disciple-making to the strengthening of the local churches.
Thank God for his goodness; He loves people of all nations, tribes, and tongues. The Gospel belongs to all people and everyone has the right to hear the gospel. Thank God for using us and allowing us be a blessing for brothers and sisters. I am grateful for all of the blessings that we received from serving brothers and sisters on this trip as well. Blessings that cannot be measured by external things but are spiritual blessings. May God use us more to make disciples, to be his disciples that bring the gospel to all nations. Thank God that in one day, we visited 5 provinces."
