Saturday, April 11 - 8:30-10:30am

A Word from Pastor Paul

Easter Sunday was uplifting and joyous at Crosstown. Thanks to each of you who helped make it a wonderful morning together. Did you happen to see the middle school boys standing and swaying during the worship service? Our upcoming Sundays will continue to focus on the Risen Jesus - what difference does that make in our lives now…and in the future? Pastor Polly will be preaching this Sunday.

Men…I hope to see you this Saturday, April 11 for our Men’s Breakfast that begins at 8:30. Delicious food and a meaningful time together has been planned. Invite friends. Dads and granddads - boys age middle school and up are welcome to come also.

Last week I had a visit with Ordell Matzdorff who lives in assisted living and has been a widower now for the past few months. When I knocked, I noticed Ordell’s door was unlocked. And during our visit several other people “walked in”. Ordell told me “my door is always open”. What a Christ- like attitude…at any age, even well into his senior years, Ordell is still available to anyone.
