Crosstown Connection May 1-7
Congregational Conversations- May 2
Members are invited to continue the conversation around adaptive leadership by joining a small group in person or on Zoom. Groups will meet from 10:30-11:30 and childcare will be provided. Youth are encouraged to join a discussion group.
  • How might we grow forward in living out Crosstown's mission statement?
  • What is the Holy Spirit doing in our midst?
  • Looking at our core values, where are we strongest & where do we need growth?
  • How are we being called to trust in Jesus?
Pastor John has prepared a worksheet for your attention and reflection. If you are unable to attend an in-person or Zoom conversation, please read the worksheet and share your thoughts directly to Pastor John.

Worship Arts Audio Video Coordinator
As our technology demands and complications have increased by running the simultaneous live stream Sunday service, it has become clear that we needed to make a hire. Scott Wood has been hired to be our Worship Arts Audio Video Coordinator. He will be working 4 hours a week helping to coordinate the presentation of audio and visuals for Sunday services online and in person.
Covenant Pines Bible Camp
Summer is just around the corner and Crosstown has 17 students planning to attend camp this year! Camps are filling up. Also if you know anyone looking for a joy-filled summer service job, Covenant Pines is looking to fill a number of counselor positions.
Congrats to Herman Saul as he retires from another completed term on the Covenant Pines board. It has been a tumultuous year but Herman's years of wisdom were a steady anchor.

This commission has struggled to maintain members for the past several years. Our church is at a crossroads, whether to continue to support this commission or retire it.
