Mark your calendar for St. Barnabas’ Rally Sunday as we celebrate the kickoff to the program year. All youth are invited to bring their backpacks for a blessing during worship. After worship stay for lunch and activities from 10:30am-12:30pm and check out the Ministry Fair where various church council members and Small Group leaders will represent all of our wonderful ministries. For both adults and children, we will have lots of activities (face painting, cartoon caricature drawings, handprint art, temporary tattoos, corn hole, ladder ball, washers, sidewalk chalk). And of course there will be music. Don’t miss this exciting event rain or shine!

Hospital Visitation

If you or someone you know will be hospitalized and would like a visit from our pastor, please reach out to the church office or directly to Pastor Mark. HIPAA confidentiality laws prohibit hospitals from sharing patient information.

If you would like to participate in praying for our members and friends, please talk with Pastor Mark. If you would like to request prayer from our Prayer Chain, contact Brenda in the church office or talk with Pastor Mark. Please indicate if you would like your prayer request to be shared with the congregation, or if it is confidential.

Share the Harvest at the

St. Barnabas Cornucopia!

Many gardeners at St. Barnabas are experiencing a beautiful surplus of fresh vegetables! To celebrate and share this abundance, we invite everyone to participate in our weekly St. Barnabas Cornucopia exchange.

Here is how you can help feed our community:

  • Drop Off & Trade: Starting this Sunday, bring your extra homegrown produce to the round table in the Narthex to share or swap with others.
  • Take Home: If you see vegetables on the table, please help yourself and take some home to enjoy!
  • Blessed Blessings: Whatever remains on the table by the end of the day on Thursday will be placed on an outdoor table for the public. Thank you for sharing your harvest and supporting our local community!

Qigong is Back!

Starting Thursday, September 17th, Qigong exercise classes will begin at 11:15am in the Ministry Center Alcove. Elana is very honored and is looking forward to a 3rd year of Qigong with this wonderful small group.

LCM-TC welcomes, gathers, equips, and sends students, trusting that through these young adults, the Spirit is active in transforming the campus and the world. Grounded in Christ’s love and mercy, they value hospitality, service, justice, integrity and curiosity.
