Dale Sanderson will prepare the Ash Wednesday soups, buns, & treats. We're still looking for volunteers to cook the rest of the soups each week so that we can taste your favorites. Dale will bring the treats & buns each week. If you need help with preparing your soups, give him a call at 763-242 2591. Soup requirements are 4-5 gallons of 2 different soups with one soup preferably gluten free. Soup Suppers will start at 5:15pm each Wednesday.
There's a sign-up sheet in the Narthex. We also need volunteers to serve & clean up each week!

Bandage Rolling This Sunday
Most health facilities have very limited access to clean, affordable bandages. We will be rolling bandages in the Ministry Center in between and after worship as we have done previously. It’s fun and easy and all can participate including children. There will be instructions given and no skills are needed.

Yogadevotion Coming in March!
Faith Based Classes
Yogadevotion LLC classes begin in the breath, centering ourselves in the Presence of God….setting aside all that distracts us from the relationship God intents for us. Our devotional time is at the beginning of the class, opening with scripture that speaks to a practice of faith, during the breath work. Reflections on the scripture are written by Pastor Cindy Senarighi, ordained pastor in the ELCA. The body of the class is a combination of standing poses, balance poses and floor poses. The classes close with restorative yoga, a practice of calm alertness that allows a time of reflection and thanksgiving for God’s Presence in our lives. The faith based language you will hear in class is familiar, the benediction, invocation and prayer that closes the class. This class is for all levels as Yogadevotion LLC teaches that the primary teacher is your own body and that voice is the important one. Modifications are offered for all poses.
All are welcome to attend this 8 week class on Mondays from 6pm-7pm starting March 4th through April 22nd by Zoom or in person!

February "Gift of Love"
Global Health Ministries
Global Health Ministries (GHM) is an independent Lutheran nonprofit (501c3) established in 1987, and specializes in capacity-building for Lutheran health systems in under-resourced countries, serving some of the most vulnerable people in the world. We believe all people should have access to a healthy life. But they don’t. Together we can make a difference. Each year thousands of volunteers gather in our Minnesota-based warehouse to help sort and pack medical equipment and supplies to share around the world. At the request of our international partners we also offer grants and volunteer consultants to help build their capacity to move the needle on health in their communities and effect sustainable and enduring change.
