San Pablo
One of our friends from San Pablo expressed the need for a bed when we were together last week, and we are excited to say that one has been found-actually two (twin mattresses.) Now we are in need of sheets and blankets. If you have any gently used twin-sized sheets or blankets at home, or any pillows in good condition, please bring them into the donation station as soon as possible. We’d like to get our friends in a warm bed as soon as possible!

Qigong Low-key Exercise Classes at St. Barnabas
A form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing.
Some health benefits include: improved circulation, improved balance & coordination, improved body awareness, some movements aid breathing, can help reduce stress and blood pressure
Elana would like to offer these 20-30 minute free classes to St. Barnabas on a weekly basis. A possibility would be Thursday mornings at 11am (after Word for Women and Cards & Coffee). If you're interested, please sign-up in the Narthex. If we can get enough people to sign up, we can make it happen.

Unclaimed Dishes
There are bowls, cups, storage containers and baking dishes on the kitchen counter that have been there for several weeks. Next time you're at church, pick up the item(s) that belong to you. Please do not put them in drawers or cupboards if you no longer want them. If these items remain unclaimed by March 31st, they will be put in a "free box". Thank you.
