Welcome to Pastor Mark Tiede!

On March 1st the congregation voted to extend a Letter of Call to the Rev. Mark Tiede to become the next Lead Pastor. Pastor Mark will be ending his ministry at St. John's Lutheran in South Minneapolis in early April and beginning at St. Barnabas at the end of April. Special thanks to our Transition Team, Call Committee and Council for their great work and time over this call process! Stay tuned for details and specific dates in the coming weeks.

Pastor Tom Olson's interim at St. Barnabas will come to an end on Sunday, April 19th. Please join us that Sunday for a time of gratitude, Godspeed and send-off at both services and during coffee time.

Pause for Lent: Midweek Mindfulness & Prayer

Come take a peaceful pause during this Lenten season. Join us each Wednesday at 4:30pm in the Family Resource Center for a simple, guided time of mindfulness and prayer inspired by the weekly Lenten theme. Led by Melissa Weinhandl, this gathering is a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect before dinner. No sign-up is needed, just come as you are. All are welcome.

Lenten Worship & Soup Suppers

Soup Suppers begin at 5:15pm every Wednesday during Lent followed by a worship service at 6:30pm.

We have only 1 volunteer (besides Dale Sanderson) signed up to help with cleanup next week. We need several more volunteers after each meal for the next 3 weeks. If you are able, please sign up at the Welcome Center to help clear tables, wash dishes, etc. so that everyone can attend worship.

Missing Coat

Bonnie Welshons is missing her coat that she wore to church this past Sunday.

It's a black Michael Kors brand, puffer style, knee length, hooded and there was a pair of black gloves in the pocket. If you took this coat by mistake, please bring it back to church and hang it in the front coat closet. Thanks
