The beautiful scenic view and breeze will keep you motivated. The jogging track on the ship is padded to help put a spring in your step and to make it more comfortable in case you are running the distance.
2. Dodgeball
You will make so many new friends as you dodge and weave to win the game! Dodgeball is an excellent aerobic exercise. It increases agility and balance as you dodge the balls. It also works your shoulders, back, abs and arms when you throw the ball across the court.
3. Volleyball
It is a great team sport! It’s a social sport but also excellent exercise. Volleyball burns calories AND fat, which will help you work off that buffet you just couldn’t resist. All of the stretching and jumping that you will be doing tones your upper and lower body.

If you need to work on your tan but still want to work out, listen up! Do water resistance workouts or dips in the pool.
