Galveston Indoor Cruise Parking

The advantage of parking in an indoor parking lot is you are protected from nature's elements. Another thing to highlight is we park solely for cruise customers unlike some of our competition. So there is no public parking available only parking for Galveston cruise parking customers.

Parking indoor is less stressful because of the quick check-in process, and you may take your time getting your luggage and family out of the car since you're not battling the elements like rain or scorching sun. There is also a ground crew there to help assist in getting your luggage from your vehicle to the designated shuttle pick-up location which is also indoor.

Port Parking Shuttle Service

Port Parking offers a shuttle service to our customers that is included in both the indoor and outdoor parking prices. Our shuttle buses are clean and have dual Ac, and are also handicap accessible. Our drivers and ground crew load and unload luggage when getting on and getting off the shuttle you will never have to lift your luggage.

Our shuttle drivers are trained to hit 5 points of customer service, with giving helpful information that you will need to know when you return from your cruise (name, pickup/drop off location, black bag problem etc..) Our shuttles are colors green and white to make our them easy to identify.

Our Indoor Park-and-walk facility was specifically developed due to increased popular demand from our cruise customers who enjoy walking through Galveston’s Historic Strand of shops, restaurants, galleries, museums, and more on their way over to the Cruise Terminal. There are plenty of restaurants and bars on the way to the terminal where cruisers regularly stop off, meet other cruisers, and enjoy the great beverages and foods that Galveston has to offer. Simply drop off your luggage at the cruise terminal “luggage drop-off location”, park at our facility, walk down the strand a couple of blocks, and you’re on your way to a fantastic vacation!

We do suggest that you make a reservation because space is limited at the new Indoor Park & Walk facility which services all cruise ships leaving out of The Port of Galveston. The facility is safe and secure with alarm systems and laser beams just like all of our other indoor cruise parking lots. Just what you’d expect on a worry-free vacation!

Finding the perfect charging station while you’re parked to go out on a cruise is a breeze when you park with Port Parking! Although Galveston Island has extremely limited and inconvenient EV charging locations for Cruise passengers, Port Parking is proud to continually service our customers and be the first to offer multiple EV charging stations in any secured indoor parking facility.

We do not reserve the EV chargers, so please bring your charger in case ours are n use we can connect your charger to a 110 outlet.

Port Parking : Indoor Cruise Parking

Port Parking is an indoor cruise parking facility for Galveston cruises, with both indoor and outdoor parking lots. We are conveniently located at 202 37th St, Galveston, TX 77550 on Harborside Drive near the Port of Galveston, just blocks from the terminal. Our Galveston cruise parking lots are large and open with plenty of room for buses to pick you up inside. We also offer a shuttle service with our friendly staff to help you with your luggage.
