Dear St. Anne Catholic School Families,

We have had another wonderful week here on campus! It is truly a blessing to see the energy, joy, and faith that fill our school each day. The generosity and support of our St. Anne community continue to amaze us—whether it’s volunteering your time, donating resources, or simply offering a kind word, your contributions make a difference. Thank you for your continued support of the Fall Festival and our recent donation drive; your kindness and involvement help make these events such a success and strengthen our community spirit.

Thank you to the Blackburn family for their commitment to the St. Anne Catholic Community. They are true examples of faith in action. We are so grateful for their leadership and generosity in chairing this year's Oktoberfest. From planning and organizing to setting up - their hard work, love and dedication is a blessing to St. Anne.

We are especially looking forward to gathering as a community this Sunday for the Fall Festival. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together, enjoy great food and fellowship, and support our parish and school in a fun way. We are praying for beautiful weather and a joy-filled day for all.

Report cards were sent home today, and we are proud of the effort and growth we have seen from our students this quarter. Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Monday, and we invite you to take this time to connect with your child’s teacher. These meetings are a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and identify ways we can continue to support their learning and faith formation.

Be sure to check the Crusader Connection for all the upcoming events. October continues to be a busy month.

Thank you, as always, for being an essential part of the St. Anne Catholic School family. We are grateful for your continued prayers and involvement.

Blessings,

Dr. Kendall Shamas

Principal

The library is sponsoring an all-school Bookmark Contest. All students are invited to participate by creating and designing a bookmark celebrating reading and incorporating St. Anne in some way. The winning bookmark will be copied and distributed to all the students in the school. The designer of the winning bookmark will receive 20 copies of their bookmark and a $20 gift certificate at the upcoming bookfair in November. Click here for the form.

Your prayers are essential to support those who nurture our children in all of the programs and activities provided by our school. The traveling crucifix is a school –wide effort to pray for vocations and our students, families, teachers, staff members, and volunteers, as they engage their daily work in education.

The crucifix will be presented to your family at the conclusion of Mass. We ask that you return it to the school office the following Tuesday.

For questions, please email or call the school office at 281-351-0093.
