Dear St. Anne Catholic School Families:
It has been an amazing and grace-filled start to the school year. The hallways and classrooms are filled with learning and laughter. We have witnessed many new friendships being forged and so many examples of God’s grace as we settle into the rhythm of being back to school.
It was great to see so many of you at our Parent Information Nights. We shared a lot of information, and our teachers were happy to see you. This week we inducted new members to our chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. Congratulations to all our new NJHS members, we are so proud of you!
Looking ahead to next week, we will have picture day on Wednesday, September 7. Individual pictures will be taken on Wednesday with retakes being taken on October 19. Our first round of NWEA benchmark testing will begin next week. Please assure your students these tests are measuring progress, so there is no preparation or studying required.
September is filled with activities, including the first parent coffee meetings, our first Booster Club meeting and homecoming on September 28th. Please be sure to watch your email and the website for updates.
Please remember to review and sign the Family Handbook Acknowledgement.
Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday weekend.
Only by His Grace,
Kendall Shamas, Ed. D
