In an article at BioRxiv, Necati Atalay et al. describes research involving high-resolution structural analysis of biomacromolecules from single crystals at the new X-ray diffraction facility at the University of Health Sciences, Istanbul. "The methods and practice described in the article can be applied to any biological sample for structural studies. Therefore, this article will be a valuable practical guide from sample preparation to data analysis."
Several of our MiTeGen tools were used in the research including our loops, pins and bases, Uni-pucks, shipping cane, and CX-100 dryshipper.
