CTYouth Summer Events - UPDATE
Introducing Diving Into The Bible - our summer bible study where we will explore some of the lesser know stories and characters of the bible!
Sunday nights from 5-7pm at the Stringfield's, 6910 Broken Oak Drive in Oakville.
We will have dinner, share some bible time and then you can swim in the backyard pool. Bring your bible and swimsuits and towels as we Dive In Together!!!!! First meeting is June 5th
We will meet June 5, 12, 26, July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7th
Susan will be announcing a different location for a hang out time from 3-6pm every Wednesday all summer. Here's a chance just to catch up with youth leaders and other youth ministry friends, to share some yummy eats and drinks, catch up on what's new with CTYouth, what's new with you and talk about what we'd all like to do together next fall. Students and parents encouraged to just drop in whenever you can. Locations will be announced each week by Monday afternoon and we are open to suggestions! Let Susan know your favorite South County hang out spots!

Parent Listening Sessions and
One on One Reconnection Conversations
As we transition to our Director of Family Ministries and rebuild from the changes that Covid brought to our Youth Ministry, we NEED to hear from you. We want your feedback, and your buy in as we build something NEW together that meets the needs of our students & families. We will hold two initial listening sessions on June 5th and June 12th, at Oakville Sports Pub from 5-7pm (feel free to drop off students at Bible Study and come on over). Parents please plan to join us for fellowship and reconnection and share your needs and hopes for the future of CTYouth.
For those who cannot attend or prefer to give input one on one, we will be reaching out to set up times and opportunities for you to meet with a Pastor and/or Youth Leader to share your thoughts. If you'd like to schedule such a visit, please contact Susan Moellering ([email protected]). We will also be asking for input from the students during Bible Study, Connect Hang-Outs and possibly through social media surveys and Q&As!
