Dress Like Your Favorite Book Character
To celebrate Halloween on Thursday, October 31st . Students and staff may dress up like your favorite book character, but the character must be school age appropriate. Red Ribbon Week is Next Week, Oct. 22-25
Traditionally, Red Ribbon Week is a national anti-drug campaign. This year's national theme is, “SEND A MESSAGE, STAY DRUG-FREE." As an elementary school, our focus is on empowering our students to make healthy choices, so Chaparral's theme is, “SEND A MESSAGE, STAY HEALTHY.” Keep your eyes peeled for our students' pledges to stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit, which will soon be hanging on our fences!

Please visit our School District Website to find lots of tools to help children and our community stay on a healthy track through our Student 360 program and our newly launched Community 360 program .
