Cubs Games Parking Restrictions
in Our Ward
Dear Neighbors,

We're all excited to have the Cubs in the World Series, and at home this weekend.

We want you to be aware of parking restrictions and other safety measures.

Starting at 5 PM today until 6 AM tomorrow, and continuing each night through Wednesday, November 2, parking will be banned:

  • On Webster between Sheffield and Bissell
  • On Lincoln from Webster to Fullerton
  • On Division between State and Dearborn
  • On Wells from North to Division
We want to remind you that if you are lucky enough to go the game, please take the train - or walk.

The Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) says:

IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING:  Whether attending the game or watching the World Series in local businesses in Wrigleyville or other areas of the city, fans should be mindful to respect the surrounding communities and, as always, be vigilant and report any suspicious activity. If fans notice suspicious criminal activity or suspicious objects, call 9-1-1 or notify on-site security immediately. Some of these activities could be innocent; however, it's up to law enforcement to determine whether the behavior warrants investigations so, If You See Something, Say Something.

And don't forget, it's Halloween this weekend.  Trick or treating will be on Halloween Day, but the many activities this weekend are listed here.

Fly the W, Go Cubs Go!
