Passed by the Village Board on May 27, 2025.
The Oakland Mills Community Association will reimburse up to $25/for up to 15 streets with 12 or less residential dwellings; $50 for up to 15 streets with 13 or more residential dwellings or a combination of streets with 13 or more residential dwellings, including apartments, condos, townhouses.
We encourage patronizing OM merchants for purchases.
- Block Party Funds reserved, first come/first served basis and must be reserved in advance.
- Sorry, we don't reimburse for alcoholic beverages.
- Apartments/HOA/Condos - request must come from the President of the Board or Apartment Manager

Reimbursement for reserved funds will be made upon submission of original receipts.
Receipts can be attached to an email (manager@oaklandmills.org), mailed to the Other Barn, or dropped off during business hours which are Mon. - Thurs. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
