Cul De Sac Beautification and Block Party Funds Available from

Oakland Mills!


Funds are now available for Cul De Sac Beautification projects and Block Parties held by Oakland Mills residents. These are funded by the Oakland Mills Community Association using proceeds from our annual plant sale that was held on May 6th. Please read the message below in it's entirety and contact Brigitta Warren, Village Manager at manager@oaklandmills.org if you have questions.

Cul De Sac Beautification Funds are reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis and request needs to be made in advance by emailing Brigitta Warren, OM Village Manager at manager@oaklandmills.org


We will reimburse up to $75 per street while funds remain available.


Please follow these guidelines to reserve funds:


  • Landscape proposal needs to accompany request to reserve funds
  • Funds will be reserved based on availability
  • Items may be purchased from any store/vendor
  • OMCA Board will not reimburse for invasive plants. Please click here to see a list of invasive plants as well as suggestions of what non-invasives to plant instead.
  • HOA/Condo - request must come from the HOA/Condo President
  • Reimbursement for reserved funds will be made upon submission of

original receipts. Receipts can be attached to an email (manager@oaklandmills.org),

mailed to the Other Barn, or dropped off during business hours which are Mon. - Thurs.

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Oakland Mills Community Association will reimburse up to $25/for up to 15 streets with 12 or less homes; $50 for up to 15 streets with 13 or more homes or a combination of streets with 13 or more homes, including apartments, condos, townhouses.

Funds are limited and must be reserved in advance.

We encourage patronizing OM merchants for purchases.

  • Block Party Funds reserved, first come/first served basis and must be reserved in advance.
  • Sorry, we don't reimburse for alcoholic beverages.
  • Apartments/HOA/Condos - request must come from the President of the Board or Apartment Manager
  • To reserve funds in advance email Brigitta Warren at manager@oaklandmills.org
  • Reimbursement for reserved funds will be made upon submission of original receipts.
