Pastor Brett Rickey
Have you ever looked at another church in your town, your district, or maybe at a conference you're attending and said to yourself, "I wish our church had their leaders"? You find yourself thinking that if you only had a better team, you would be able to fulfill the vision you feel God has for your church.

Let me assure you that you're not alone. Developing teams is the single greatest pain point for church leaders across the country. Not having enough people and not having the right people can keep your church from growing. It's almost impossible to reach more people without the right teams.

On November 2nd, Pastor Brett Rickey, Lead Pastor of Highland Park Church, will be tackling the topic of building healthy organizations and teamsWe'll discuss how to cultivate a culture of leadership where people thrive and actually enjoy the work they are called to carry out.

Pastor Rickey's ministry blends his experiences from eleven years in corporate life with his nine years as the founding pastor of Family Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also serves as a coach and mentor to pastors of churches across the country and, beginning this year, he is launching a new Nazarene pastoral ministry cohort called Accelerate.
