Culture Asset Database Sneak Peek!
CAMP: The Cultural Asset Mapping Project is busy compiling community responses for our Cultural Asset Directory debut in early 2017, but in the meantime we wanted to give you a sneak peek of what’s in store!

CAMP has compiled over 3,000 entries in our cultural asset directory and has posted an excerpt of that final dataset on the CAMP project webpage for you to make your own culture maps. Visit www.austintexas.gov/culturemapping to view a sneak peek dataset highlighting artist studios, performance venues, and exhibition venues, and to download the data through the City of Austin Open Data Portal. Using the dataset, you can make your own maps highlighting Austin’s arts and culture like the Google map below of local Austin recording studios!
