Our differences don’t have to fuel conflict. If we are willing, we can build bridges instead.

Cultural differences and bias can impact conflicts and worsen misunderstandings. But, we can all gain perspective and tools to increase cultural intelligence and counter implicit bias. Enhance your awareness and learn some helpful tips to be an even more effective mediator and give your clients a path to improve communication and transform conflicts.

BHBA's programs also meet the CLE eligibility criteria in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and New Hampshire. Attorneys must individually apply for credit and, if mandated by the state, submit accreditation fees directly.
