PACCC Partners with Parents Place for Mental Health Awareness Month

May is National Mental Health Month and PACCC is excited to partner with Parents Place at the Center for Children and Youth (CCY) to bring valuable parenting resources to our families. Join us for an upcoming online workshop, "Setting Limits for Your Child: Building Boundaries for Positive Development" on Tuesday, May 6, from 7:00 - 8:15pm. Led by Elisa Magidoff, MA, Director of Parents Place, this session will equip parents with age-appropriate techniques for setting healthy limits, maintaining consistency in discipline, and responding to challenging behaviors. Register here to secure your spot today!

Additionally, CCY will be launching a TK Readiness Program starting in July in Palo Alto, designed to support children needing extra help with social-emotional, language, motor, and academic skills expected for TK, while teaching parents how to reinforce these skills at home. For more information about this program or other Parents Place services, please contact Mary Tiamzon-Lee at maryt@jfcs.org.

Some of our experts can help you with:
