A request has been made for: 1) a major deviation to allow a reduction in the required front yard setback from 30 feet to 15 feet to allow installation of a permanent emergency backup generator for an existing booster pump station; and 2) a major site plan review to allow disturbance to a major drainageway. A request has been made for a conditional use permit to allow for: 1) The establishment of a landscape construction facility with outdoor storage; 2) nonresidential development within 300 feet residentially zoned property; 3) hillside development; and 4) grading resulting in cuts greater than 20 feet and fills greater than 10 feet.
