A request has been made for a major deviation to exceed the allowed fence height standard of four feet in the front yard by less than 50 percent, allowing for a six-foot tall fence. The ±11.46 acre site is located on the south side of Gardella Avenue, ±109 feet east of its intersection with Coastal Street. The site is within the Mixed-Use Suburban (MS) zoning district and has a Master Plan land use designation of Multi-Family Neighborhood (MF). 

A request has been made to amend condition of approval #1 associated with case # LDC22-00016 (Stone Village Multi-Family). The requested modification would increase the originally proposed number of parking spaces from 379 to 487 and reduce the common landscape area from 5.2 acres to 2.3 acres.
