The ±4,792 square foot parcel is part of an overall ±1.87 acre site located on South McCarran Boulevard, ±480 feet west of its intersection with Talbot Lane. The site is zoned Professional Office (PO) and has a Master Plan designation of Suburban Mixed-Use (SMU).

A request has been made for a tentative map to establish a 22-lot single-family detached subdivision and associated shared driveways. The ±3.03 acre site is located on the north side of Echo Avenue between Mount Vida Street and Mount Charleston Street. The site is zoned Multi-Family Residential - 30 units per acre (MF-30) and has a Master Plan land use designation of Multi-Family Neighborhood (MF).
