Your Help Is Needed: New Quarterly Printing Industry Performance and Insights Survey Is Open
The 2022 second quarter Printing Industry Performance Assessment and Insights (PIPI) study is now open for participation. The Great Lakes Graphics Association is among 15 regional printing associations partnering to sponsor the study, which is conducted through the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University.

This quarter's survey is estimated to take about 12 minutes to complete. In addition to industry performance and outlook, this quarter also will explore effective marketing planning, sales management, and social media marketing.

Your support of this survey is critical: the more input we receive, the more we will all benefit. Please complete the survey by Friday, May 9, 2022. We will report the findings in June.

GLGA Participates in Illinois State University’s Graphic Communications Technology Advisory Board
Recently, Joe Lyman, president of the Great Lakes Graphics Association, participated in Illinois State University’s Graphic Communications Technology Advisory Board meeting. Issues discussed included attracting young, talented students to the program, providing financial aid to students, potential field trips to acclimate students to different types of print throughout the industry and a recap of the award-winning Phoenix Challenge project ISU students won. Joe Lyman said, “Although we have some work to do in attracting more young students to the industry, there is no doubt ISU’s Graphic Communications Technology program is providing an outstanding education to those that are in the program. GLGA looks forward to continuing its participation in the Board, as well as the other print program advisory boards in our region.”
