Act Now: Protect Paper and Consumer Choice

Proposed regulations would change the default delivery method for many healthcare and financial documents from paper to electronic, without requiring consumers to opt in first. The impact of the proposed legislation could mean the loss of up to 24 billion fewer sheets of paper printed and delivered to consumers every year.

Sylvamo has created a Protect Consumer Choice grassroots advocacy site that makes it easier for you to submit your concerns to your Congressional representatives and to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Click here to go to the site, which has letter templates plus links to find your elected officials and to send comments to the SEC.

The best way to protect our industry is to advocate for it. Act now before the September 21 comment deadline.
