Paid Leave for Any Reason Coming to Illinois
The PLFAW Act will take effect on January 1, 2024, and, once enacted, will provide nearly all Illinois workers with a minimum of 40 hours of paid leave, or a pro rata number of hours, during a designated twelve-month period. Read more by GLGA member Ogletree Deakins.
OSHA Penalties Automatically Increase, Putting Pressure on Employers to Comply with Workplace Safety Obligations

It represents approximately 13 percent of the total print market in the United States with its three-state region, accounting for combined annual shipments of nearly $19 billion. Founded in 1886, GLGA celebrated its 135 year anniversary in 2021 and continues to be the oldest print trade association in North America.
