Chicago Direct Marketers Create New Special Interest Group
The Chicago Association of Direct Marketing has announced the formation of a new Special Interest Group (SIG) within the Chicago chapter of the American Marketing Association. The new group - the Direct Response Marketing SIG - will provide education and networking following CADM's recent dissolution.

The SIG's first virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24, and the topic will be Augmented Reality. Attendees must be AMA members. It represents approximately 13 percent of the total print market in the United States with its three-state region, accounting for combined annual shipments of nearly $19 billion. Founded in 1886, GLGA celebrated its 135 year anniversary in 2021 and continues to be the oldest print trade association in North America.
