Baseball Ontario has signed a special partner for the 2022 season who will be offering you free fitness & health services via their innovative app and are opening this program to our Elite League Members first!
Curv Health is a Canadian company that connects athletes with elite virtual coaches to help you raise your game. Baseball Ontario has worked with Curv Health to develop a 100% FREE 12-month athlete development program. Baseball Ontario has also negotiated a free 30-day custom athlete development program for every single athlete - a $30 value, free for all of our athletes. The custom athlete development program involves working one-on-one with a Curv Health Coach to identify your strengths & weaknesses and develop a custom exercise program to address these opportunities. You will attend a monthly video call with your coach and exchange messages with them daily throughout the program.
