Message from Mrs. Rach
Your child’s report card for the first semester of the 2021-2022 school year is available on Monday, January 31 in Infinite Campus. The report card includes information on your child’s progress in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, art, music, physical education, work habits and citizenship.

Our goal is that students meet proficiency expectations for these standards by the end of the school year; therefore, it is common that students may still be beginning or developing at this time of year. The descriptors below indicate your child’s performance as compared to the end-of-level benchmark.

Beginning: Learner is consistently working on standards below grade-level.
Developing: Learner demonstrates gaps in consistency or depth of understanding while working to meet grade-level standards by the end-of-year.
Proficient: Learner is on-track to meet the grade-level standard by the end-of-year.
Secure: Learner is consistently working on standards above grade-level.

Please follow the directions below to view your student’s first semester report card:

  • Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need assistance with your account, please email [email protected]
  • Click on the DOCUMENTS tab on the left navigation bar. You will see a link to the 2021-2022 Elementary Report Card (Grades K-5) or 2021-2022 4K Report Card (4K only) depending on the grade level of your child.
  • If you have more than one child, click at the top right of the screen and select a child.

Please note this is also a great opportunity to review your learner’s performance on previous standardized assessments. Click the ASSESSMENT tab on the left navigation bar (you may have to click MORE first, then ASSESSMENT). Please note, standardized assessment data is added at the end of each school year. Thus, data from the 2021-2022 school year will be updated after the second semester.

More information on how to see your child’s progress, as well as frequently asked questions, are available at www.kmsd.edu/elementarygradingandreporting. If you have any questions regarding your child’s progress, please contact his/her teacher.
