Fifth Grade Families - Camp Edwards
We will be hosting an information night for our overnight trip to Camp Edwards on April 6th at 5pm at Cushing. A parent/guardian of any fifth grader planning to attend the overnight trip must attend this informational meeting. More details about this meeting and the trip will be forthcoming after our spring break.
Help Support a KM Family
We are lucky to have the Knight-Dean family (Aubree - 2nd Grade, Harry - 3rd Grade, Landon - 6th Grade, Sophia - 9th Grade) be part of our KM Family. Last June, their youngest sibling, Max, was diagnosed with Leukemia and is currently undergoing treatment that requires many days of hospital stays.
We have put together another Meal Train in hopes of helping them out through the rest of the school year. Meals can be dropped off at their home. Door Dash gift cards are also appreciated if cooking isn’t your strong suit. Click HERE for more information.

Yearbooks for 2021-2022 School Year - Orders Due TODAY, April 1st
Order your yearbook TODAY, each book is $10 and will be delivered to your child’s classroom in June. Orders are due April 1, this is not an April Fools Joke. Don’t miss out on memories. Cushing Family Movie Night - Friday, April 8
Join us for our first family movie night on Friday April 8 (5pm-7pm). Enjoy a fun movie on the new projector in the Cushing gym. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. This event is sponsored by the PTO and FREE for you to attend. Popcorn and water will be available for purchase. Movie to be announced soon!

Jr. Laser Football Fall 2022
Registration is now open for Jr. Laser Football for the fall season. Anyone interested in playing flag football for grades K-4 and tackle football for grades 5-8 are encouraged to sign up. Registration deadline is April 1. Sign up online at www.kettlemorainelaserfootball.com
7x7 Spring Football
Youth football players regardless of experience level or football position will receive instruction and competitive game play in a 7 x 7 format. All players currently in grades 4-8 are invited to sign up. Play will take place on Sunday afternoons at KM High School led by high school varsity football players and staff. After School Wrestling
Join KMHS wrestling coaches for an after-school wrestling program for all K-5 students. This will be an action packed, fun and safe introduction to the sport of wrestling. Boys Summer Basketball Camps Grade 3-8
Registration is now open for two week camps being offered this summer by the high school varsity coaching staff and players. Girls Summer Basketball Camp Grades 3-8
This camp will focus on offensive/defensive fundamentals with plenty of competitions to win free gear. KM Varsity Coaching staff and players will instruct campers in station work and one-on-one instruction. Camp will be held June 20-23. Grade based on 2021-22 school year. ZUMBA GOLDⓇ OFFERED AT KM!!
Come join one of the most exciting fitness classes KM has to offer! Zumba Gold Ⓡ is a fun, energetic class that uses low impact movement to increase cardiovascular fitness, coordination and balance.
Zumba Gold is ideal for: older active adults or those new or getting back into exercise. It offers easy-to-follow choreography, a slower pace and a shorter class length. No experience is required and you can be any fitness level to start. We use latin music to move to as well as other catchy tunes from around the globe! Many members of our KM community attend this class as well as educators from across the district. Come see what happens when exercise and fun work together! No sign up required, and first class is free!
