Cushion Concert
this Sunday, March 17.
Alexandre von Wartburg, principal bassoonist, gets you up close to one of the orchestra's most unusual instruments: the bassoon!
Find out what a double reed is.
And his wife, Eliza Lam, will introduce you to the harp and how it works. She'll play piano, too, as she and Alexandre show you how these instruments sound separately and together in different combinations.
Bring your family!! It's great fun.
Join us at the Stratford Library this Sunday. It's free, it's in the auditorium and it starts at 2:30 p.m.
