by Tom Phelan

Wheaton-based night photographer Tom Phelan shoots a variety of subjects after dark, but his preference is for rural settings and the objects and places contained therein. Though he occasionally shoots in the absence of moonlight, the majority of his work is illuminated to some degree by the moon. His primary goal is to allow the viewer to contemplate the redeeming qualities of objects that may not otherwise seem to possess any, and to feel excitement upon their discovery.  Find him on the web!
