Custom Home Care is pleased to announce the selection of Jennifer Avila as its new executive director. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the field of aging and has served seniors in a variety of settings including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care.

As Executive Director, Jennifer will oversee operations and marketing at Custom Home Care.

Prior to her employment with Custom Home Care, Jennifer worked with Artis Senior Living, Brookdale, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Jennifer is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a graduate of Purdue University. She has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce and the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Jennifer lives in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and daughter.
