Create the perfect system using Festo’s extensive range of single-axis and 2D linear gantry systems. These highly dynamic mechanical systems with integrated energy chain are available in numerous sizes and stroke ranges. Using a combination of different technologies such as electrical, pneumatics and servopneumatics, Festo can offer a full range of diverse solutions in 2D and 3D.
Depending on your requirements, the gantry is either composed of several axis modules (YXCL) or using the linear gantry EXCT (YXML). All of these are tried-and-tested components from Festo.
 
  • Pick and Place - Cantilever axis with slide or axis for Z movement.
  • Linear Gantry - Gantry axis with slide or cantilever axes for Z movement
  • Cantilever Gantry - Two perpendicular gantry axes
  • 3D Gantry - Gantry axes for X and Y movement and any drive for Z movement

Powerful Electric Vacuum Gripper
Ideal for cardboard box palletizing
VGP20 is the world’s most powerful electric vacuum gripper, with payloads up to 20kg (44.1 lbs) and none of the cost, complexity, and maintenance of pneumatic grippers. 
 
The VGP20 is ideal for palletizing cardboard boxes, including those made with thinner, more porous recycled cardboard, as well as bulky and irregularly shaped shipping bags. That helps shippers save even more, while also reducing waste.

Retractable Conveyor Tail
Provide simple walkthrough access
A manual retractable conveyor tail can allow safe and easy access. The opening created can be as wide as 6 feet, requiring only about 20 lbs. of force to open and close the conveyor. 
 
An air cylinder at the end of the conveyor tail pops up ensuring that no product is able to fall off without having to shut down your operation to access an area.
Rotary Positioning Actuators
Offering precision performance and design flexibility
Lintech has available two different high precision worm gear driven rotary positioning stages. One works well for light load applications, while the other positioning table is idea for heavy load requirements
The 300 series rotary stage has a load capacity of 200 pounds, less than 150 arc-secs of accuracy, and with worm gear ratios of 45:1, 90:1, and 180:1.

This low cost rotary table is ideal for those applications requiring precise positioning using a servo or step motor system and is available with either a 6, 8, 10, or 12 inch table top.

The 400 series rotary table is a heavy duty rotary positioning stage with a large through hole and has a load capacity of 1,000 pounds. It has a similar worm gear drive system with gear ratios of 30:1, 90:1, 180:1, 270:1, and 360:1.
