KLINGER, a global pioneer and the leader in gasket sealing technology has expanded into custom rubber extrusion products.  KLINGER Thermoseal now offers custom rubber extrusion solutions for a wide range of industries including automotive, marine, RVs, architectural and construction, medical, appliances and electronics, food and beverage and more. Rubber extrusion products are used in everyday life and provide solutions for many markets including OEMs to seal and protect from weather, drown out noise and/or eliminate vibration.

Our extruded seals are fabricated using a continuous cure process so we can make continuous lengths either boxed or spooled or supplied in cut lengths.  Our seals are manufactured from EPDM, neoprene and nitrile rubbers either dense or sponge. We offer a variety of shapes and sizes to meet your demands or we can tool custom extrusion dies for single orders to high-volume runs. Value added services include lamination and splicing.
