Only 216 Bottles Produced of this Cask Strength 26-Year-Old Scotch!

With the prices of aged single-cask Whiskeys hitting dizzying heights, it is especially exciting today to bring a 26-Year-Old Scotch rarity to your hands for a silly-low Cyber Monday price.

Today’s cask-strength bottling comes from one of the finest independent bottlers of Scotch Whisky. Signatory finds unique single malts from independent distillers and captures their unique characteristics rather than combining them into a broader blend.

Not colored, not cold-filtered, this bottling from Signatory captures the unadorned essence of Scotch. Single-malt Scotch of this age and caliber typically begins at about $350 and quickly glides up to $1000 and beyond.

Due to a bit of luck, we're able to bring you this 1995 Scotch for a crazy price of $149. A mere 218 bottles were produced. We have a fraction of those to offer today at this VERY special price.

1995 Signatory "Fettercairn" 26-Year Single Malt

Cask Strength Scotch Whisky

Eastern Highlands, Scotland

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This stunning 26-Year-Old Scotch hails from the Fettercairn Distillery in the eastern Highlands region of Scotland. Renowned for the tropical fruit tones of their mash, they distilled this on October 25th of 1995. It then rested in an American Hogshead (Cask #2830) until its bottling on March 11th, 2022 - when 218 bottles were filled.
Describing the nuances of a 26-Year Scotch is inherently personal, an ethereal experience that expands during the exploration of a dram or two. We can point to a finesse in the personality of this eastern Highland bottling that synergizes well with its bold (60.6% ABV) cask strength.
Pouring an old gold color in the glass, we identified notes of dried florals, quince, apricot, candied ginger, graham cracker, papaya, dried nectarine, subtle smoke, maraschino liqueur, manuka honey, leather, and red plum. At its cask strength, you don’t have to be stingy with water, which adds aromatic lift. If you’re a peat-lover, this won’t deliver the smokestack qualities of your dreams — but the grace, complexity and fruit-driven personality will make it something very special.
Go take a look at the market for 25+ year old Scotch whisky. Highland Park will cost you $1000, on average. Glenlivet, $700. This is cask-strength, non chill-filtered, real-deal stuff from a characterful distiller with a history since 1824, bottled by a highly-regarded independent bottler. A no-brainer!
