Adam Moseley | Managing Director, Business Consulting and Education

Adam Moseley is managing director of technology consulting for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Mr. Moseley consults with advisors and is responsible for general management, leadership and development of Schwab's technology consulting team nationwide. This team provides hands-on guidance and consulting support to help investment advisors realize their aspirations for independence, growth, efficiency, and profitability. 

Through interactive workshops as well as one-on-one consulting engagements, the technology consultants help RIAs in various areas, including developing and refining technology and operations strategy, implementing strong cybersecurity practices, optimizing their CRM systems, and enhancing their end-client experience through enhanced workflow, technology integration, and best practices. Mr. Moseley joined Charles Schwab in 1997 to work in trading and operations and has been a member of the technology consulting team since 1999. He holds a Six Sigma Lean Fundamentals certification and the Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.

Dino Battaglia | Senior Consultant, Business Consulting and Education

Dino Battaglia is a senior consultant for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. As a member of Schwab’s technology consulting team, Mr. Battaglia provides hands-on guidance and consulting support to help investment advisors realize their aspirations for independence, growth, efficiency, and profitability. 

Through interactive workshops as well as one-on-one consulting engagements, Mr. Battaglia helps RIAs in various areas, including developing and refining technology and operations strategy, implementing strong cybersecurity practices, optimizing their CRM systems, and enhancing their end-client experience through enhanced workflow, technology integration, and best practices. Before joining Schwab, Mr. Battaglia spent the previous 15 years working in the advisor “fintech” landscape in a variety of Information Technology and Relationship Management roles. Mr. Battaglia earned a bachelor’s degree in management and an M.B.A (concentration in management information systems) from St. Joseph’s University and currently holds the Series 65 registration.
