For Cybersecurity Awareness Month – observed every October for the past 17 years – Rutgers Today featured a story about the best ways to protect the Rutgers community from cyber threats. As many continue to work and learn remotely, we encourage you to share available Rutgers IT security resources with your students, faculty, and/or staff to help keep them safe and #cyberaware.

On Wednesday, November 4 from 2-3 p.m., you can learn more about the ServiceNow for IT Service Management platform at the virtual town hall via Zoom. Rutgers IT Lecture Series presents "Lightning Talks"
The next Rutgers IT Lecture Series event will be Wednesday, November 18 from 10-11 a.m. Join your fellow IT professionals at Rutgers for “IT Lightning Talks,” 10-15 minute presentations highlighting various services and projects that impact the university. Learn more about the Rutgers IT Lecture Series.

IT staff highlighted in Rutgers Today
Rutgers Today highlighted the efforts that the RU–Camden IT department made during a sudden shift to remote learning at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Camden IT staff members discuss going to work, despite missing the “vibrant community” on campus, to ensure students, staff, and faculty stay connected.
