Greetings

This week we're presenting Danforth Art Museum, The Bruce Museum, and 6 Bridges Gallery.

As warm summer breezes gradually transition into the cool winds of fall, there comes a reminder of nature's cycles. This week's exhibitions explore the natural world, it's lessons, mysteries and eons-old cycles through the painting, photography and prints of regional artists.

Danforth Art Museum presents Suzanne Revy: A Murmer in the Trees, a show that allows eponymous artist Suzanne Revy to use her photographer's eye to capture the seasonal and temporal changes that make the natural world so compelling. Revy's photographs reveal details, nuance and centuries of history present along the trails and in the woods of the United States. Lush details, printed and replicated in triptych give new perspective to lands that have been inhabited for thousands of years. The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12. to 5 p.m. The museum is closed through Friday, Oct. 11 as it prepares for new exhibitions. Danforth Art Museum is located at 14 Vernon Street, Framingham, MA. For more information, please visit here.
