This is our first
Community Brief since prior to the Thanksgiving break and I hope you enjoyed a wonderful time with family and friends.
This Thursday evening, December 8th, the OCPS Parent Academy is putting on a special 1-hour online event at 6:00 PM that is targeted towards important high school issues -
"Navigating Graduation Requirements, Scholarships, and Digital Curriculum" -
Details & Register If you still have not participated in one of these extremely well done presentations, now would be the time as this week's event spotlights high school students.
In the spirit of good sportsmanship and "OCPS Rivalry Love," CCHS would like to wish the Dr. Phillips High School varsity football team (12-2) the very best this coming Saturday evening. They are playing at Camping World Stadium for the state 8A football championship vs. the Spartans of Miami Southridge Senior High School (11-2). Good luck Panthers!
Have a great week Bears!
Dr. W. John McHale
Principal
Cypress Creek High School
Note:
If you no longer attend or have a student attending CCHS and do not want to read our weekly updates, you may opt out at the very top of this issue. However, if you do so, your email will be permanently removed from the system as a security step. We hope you will continue.

Bear Creative Talent: "Bears of Merit" Shirt
|
Congratulations to Isaiah Sanchez and Nicholas Montes!
Both of these student's designs were selected from a competition in their Digital Design class. Dr. McHale was so impressed with the quality and caliber of work that both designs were blended together for the school shirt that will be used to recognize those "Bears of Merit."
